Beijing pre-olympic games

2 months for the Olympic games. Lots of constructions going on. A lot of workers staying in tents right next to the place they work. This man was looking at the new Stadium.

Water Cave

In Yangshuo, China, we met this man when coming back from the water cave. Our van broke down and he helped the driver to make it work again. He asked to have his portrait taken with us, probably he had not seen many westerners before.

Moody

I bought a lomo camera, Diana, while I had my arm broken. That day Bastien, Maria and I sat in a cafe in Covent Garden, read the book and had a drink. Those months where hard for me and I think these moody images show very well the mood I was in.

Heroes

Eva organized an exhibition in Spain. I was amazed she was doing such an effort it you consider she lives living in Finland, so I decided to help out from London. I had to submit 10 images one under a subject. One of the subjects where to show who your "heroes" are. There you go.

Notting Hill Carnival

Second time in Notting Hill Carnival. Marc and I where both taking pictures. It is such a party for some, a day of joy and fun. It is a chaos for some others, crowds and crowds go there and it took us for ages to find the public toilets. I couldn't wait longer!
